SO AMD verus Intel is one of those various arguments that geeks get into and there has been really no winner the case. AMD is supposedly quality work at a vastly cheaper rate, where as Intel is more powerful *depending on model etc* yet also very expensive. I’m bastardizing the differences, but they are there all the same.<\/p>\n
All the same, there was a computer awards show that was sponsored by Intel in Birmingham. According to various links of sources varied, AMD won the coveted honor of best chipset of the year. Link 1<\/a> and Link 2<\/a>. Anyways take it with a grain of salt i suppose, but if it is true i have even more reason to stick with AMD. <\/p>\n Intel sponsors the show and aparently the award presenter left the stage before presenting the award to AMD. They just left the award on stage and walked away. Hilarious.
