ha HA!

Filed under: Entries — arglor @ 8:37 am

I am so fucking tired. I slept last night and i don’t think it did anything worth a damn. In fact i haven’t gotten much sleep at all in the past few days. See what time i am posting this? It is early.

Tonight after a long nap i might post more about last week, not like you guys are too terribly interested. It revolves around the love between me and Mary. It is a love that … see? i’m already boring you, or making you jealous which is not my intention.

a fond listing of key phrases from this weekend…
– West St Mary Port
– small talk
– abstract discussions
– the degree of love
– long conversations
– family catch up

Here’s to you getting some rest tonight. Not sure how much I’m going to be able to talk. I am working… grading… Just got off the phone with Hope.

Please don’t be mad about me not being able to talk tonight. I really wanted to talk to you–the conversation earlier today was so nice–but I am so behind in daily mundane chores, such as bills, housecleaning, etc. And it’s not like I just screwed around for six hours… – I cleaned (house was yuck). – I did the bills and planned a budget for Christmas (including what I can buy people and how much money I need to come down to see you). I needed to do that very soon, and tonight I had this overwhelming need to get on track and get organized. – I wrote down my things to do for the week (there’s a lot of weird stuff like reinspection and paying Jose to do the washer and dryer hookup that I needed to plan). – I unpacked (didn’t get a chance to yesterday; was too busy with paper). – I edited and proofread my paper (which was rather long; that took a long time). I’m really nervous about turning in something at NYU, so I needed to spend more time on it. – I talked to Hope about our presentation. – I wrote a rubric for grading my research papers. I’m going to spend the time in between teaching tomorrow (from eleven to seven) grading my night classes’ poetry explications. Then the next day I will take care of getting my car re-inspected…
